• Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward the achievement of district objectives• Monitored the development and implementation of recruitment, retention and recognition programs for approximately 4,000 members across the province of Quebec and south-eastern Ontario• Prepared the district budget ($125K) and administered the financial planning and reporting process• Conceived, developed and/or executed successful marketing strategies and innovative promotional campaigns for membership recruitment and retention, educational achievements and program excellence• Planned, organized and facilitated conferences, education fair, executive committees, training sessions and special events, including the implementation of an action plan, protocol and schedule• Negotiated with third party vendors, identified and secured keynote speakers and workshop presenters, and sourced sponsorship for educational activities• Designed marketing and training materials for election campaigns, recruitment, retention and educational purposes • Delivered numerous presentations to small and large-sized groups within and outside ToastmastersSelected Achievements:• Achieved Distinguished District status, placing 20th among 81 districts worldwide (2009-2010)• Awarded: Excellence in Leadership (2009-2010); Excellence in Education and Training (2008-2009), and Excellence in Marketing (2007-2008), and several public speaking awards• Trained, supervised and motivated 6 division teams to President's Distinguished status• Attained 137%-198% of critical success factor goals for educational achievements and 100.9% for membership payments• Implemented a marketing strategy and sponsorship program that generated a substantial profit for a conference
