Currency trading using algorithmic/technical approach and analysis. Focus on major currency pairs and indices across London and New York trading sessions. Main currency pairs of focus include EUR/USD, Nasdaq100 and US30 indices. Trades executed using algorithms and manual skill set utilizing indicators such as stochastic, relative strength index, market sentiment, and Japanese candlestick patterns.Additional approaches to trading include determining short-term break of structure and order block identification to execute low drawdown/high probability trading setups on smaller timeframe trading periods.

Currently responsible for complete physical plant oversight, machine maintenance and repair, water system maintenance and monitoring, and clinic staff training for 9 incenter/home therapy and 2 acute programs serving over 500 incenter/home therapy dialysis patients in the Richmond, VA market. Emphasis on technical metrics, including on-time completion reporting for maintenance, meeting financial markers for machine repair and maintenance, as well as helping to relocate/develop new facilties as the current market dictates necessary changes. Continuous collaboration with physican partners and extenders, outside vendors and contractors, and technical/clinical staff to help provide world class care to the patients we serve. Responsible for employee development and retention, monitoring and recommendation of staff training and coaching, as well as active participation in all facility quality improvement processes/metrics.

Responsible for machine repair and maintenance in a 24 chair/28 machine chronic incenter dialysis unit, as well as a hospital acute program containing 8 dialysis machines. Also responsible for routine water system repair and maintenance, microbial sampling, and inventory process management and control. Active participation in facilty QAI program, partnering with senior officers and physician practices to provide world class care to dialysis patients in the market area.

Responsible for operations of a chronic hemodialysis center, managing a team of 15 dedicated clinical care staff in helping to provide renal replacement therapy for 80-90 patients in the Portsmouth, VA market. Duties included as the acting CEO of the facility, encompassing elevating clinical care metrics and outcomes, raising employee and patient engagement satisfatcion scores, participating in the 5 Diamond Survey project established by the Network 5 Coalition, and maintaining a high level of compliance with CMS standardsa as established by the Conditions of Coverage for 2008 recertification standards. Also responsible for implementing new QAI reporting process in facility, growing patient population by 30%, and raising clinical metric scores from bottom 10% in January 2010 to top 10% by end of 2010. Facility metric scores were consistently above company average during tenure, with primary focus on catheter rate reduction below 10% of population, improving patient adequacy to 100% and helping to drive MBD scores to greater than 85%. Was also the regional adequacy manager, participated in the missed tretament pilot project, and was a resource for other area facilities in monitoring supply cost per treatment.
