👋🏽 Hi, my name is Leonard!🎓 Recent grad with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, Communication and Media. 🌇 Texas Native, passionate about developing relationships, understanding people’s needs, and coordinating team efforts to deliver targeted and effective strategies and solutions.📚 I love forming sincere and genuine relationships with my those I work with. I found that it drives both parties to perform better once that two-way trust is established.💻 As for my future, I hope to work in a role that has me learning every step of the way.🏔 In my free time, you can find me playing volleyball or volunteering!💪🏽 I have many strengths, but a few areas I excel in particular are research and analysis, customer service and interaction, operations management, empathy, conflict resolution, and active listening skills.
