I have had the privilege of leading large teams and organizations for the past 25 years. My path has led me to help groups maximize their potential through implementing change management. I have seen the positive effects of building a new culture and turning the tide on underperforming teams. There is nothing like seeing a group of hard working people come together and surpass their own expectations when they adopt a real team attitude that embraces positive cultural norms.
