• Administration of the Cisco Call Manager at the Corporate office including add, move, changes, and setting up hunt groups.
• Configure tests and maintain Cisco IP Telephony equipment, including Nortel and Comdial.
• Addressing daily service tickets for local, remote and call center locations.
• Troubleshoot remote equipment, dispatch and coordination of field technician for any necessary site work.
• Work with carriers to troubleshoot issues, place orders and make changes.
