Responsible for the full spectrum of planning, supervising, management, and oversight of numerous Overt HUMINT Collection Projects, personnel security investigations, counterespionage investigations, debriefings, target exploitation, analysis, recruitment of confidential informants. Serves as advisor and subject matter expert on all matters pertaining to HUMINT/CI/AI and Special Reconnaissance (SR) and Signature Reduction matters. Establishes and maintains direct liaison contact and staff coordination with national level intelligence, federal and local law enforcement agencies and other relevant agencies. Conducted countless pre briefs and debriefings of Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha’s (ODA’s). Planned, Developed and Conducted Vulnerability Assessments and Operational Security (OPSEC) surveys
