Mission, Collective, Individual, and Occupational Training Task Analysis. Maintain previously developed task analysis IAW existing formats. At the discretion of the government, develop and deliver new or revised training task analysis IAW a predetermined list of required data. Master Training Task Lists (MTTL). Assist in the development, updating and maintaining government approved cross-MDS standardized MTTL with links to the appropriate MDS Mission Essential Task Lists (METL). Training Change Processes (TCP). Support the Government-directed Training Change Process (TCP) IAW AF ISD publications and guidance. Provide TCP metrics to the government via the Monthly Status Report or as requested for specific TCPs. Lessons to Regulations Linkage. Develop, update and maintain a linkage between each lesson version and the latest regulations / instructions referenced by the lesson. Tests and Examinations. Develop, update, maintain, validate, and control courseware tests and examinations to assess the knowledge proficiencies/deficiencies of the student in order to determine specific training or retraining needs. Tests and examinations master file with question generation capability will be maintained. Student Pre Test and Remediation. Prior to entering mission courses each student will be pre-tested and re-mediated as required. Trend Analysis. Perform student trend analysis and report results as part of the FCA evaluation criteria. Test Security. Provide controlled access and security for all paper or electronic based tests and examinations.Random Test Generation. Each objective must have a minimum of two test questions developed from the material. Utilizing the Government provided random test generation capability, develop and maintain a master question bank. Traceability to Objective. Provide traceability from test/examination questions to lesson, syllabus/syllabuses objectives and training tasks.
