Develop, update, maintain, validate, and control courseware tests and examinations to assess the knowledge proficiencies/deficiencies of the student in order to determine specific training or retraining needs. Tests and examinations master file with question generation capability will be maintained. Student Pre Test and Remediation. Prior to entering mission courses each student will be pre-tested and re-mediated as required. Trend Analysis. Perform student trend analysis and report results as part of the FCA evaluation criteria. Test Security. Each objective must have a minimum of two test questions developed from the material. Utilizing the Government provided random test generation capability, develop and maintain a master question bank. Traceability to Objective. Provide traceability from test/examination questions to lesson, syllabus/syllabuses objectives and training tasks.
