This acquisition enables us to create a holistic solution for South African cyclists through large-scale, speciality format stores (supported by smaller convenience stores in smaller towns) together with the Cycle Lab Active, PWCBike Park, Cycle Lab Bike Skills, and FitTrack training programs.We will use our retail competencies to grow into sectors which present meaningful opportunities in both brick-and-mortar and brick-and-click formats.
