• Responsible for the timely review and processing of SF270 Payment Request for Advance or Reimbursement. Providing analysis reports. • Audit Sample preparation and review.• Consulting for Financial Accounting and Personal Property; responsibilities to include audit remediation responsibilities, audit sample preparation and responsibility for establishing a retention/archive process for the department for prior year account adjustments. • Responsible for meeting critical timelines. • Composing bulletins and directives for distribution to the states to comply with annual audit controls to ensure due diligence for the department. • Daily interactions with the (NFC) National Finance Center to resolve and report system remedy situations. • Performed in the capacity as support for the new FMMI (Financial Management Modernization Imitative) General Ledger conversion updating the Sales Orders for monitoring of appropriated budget funds by State. • Responsible for posting Lease payments into the new FMMI System for monthly payments.
