As the General Secretary of Hash.Peace, I assist in the organisation of Hash.Peace’s conversation circles, bringing together Hash.Peace members and other relevant parties in closed conversations about interfaith issues. I also founded the Managing Diversity series, providing a platform for academics, community leaders, business leaders, and public service leaders to engage in dialogues on cultural diversity in Singapore.

As Chairman of the Advisory Board for the OnePeople.sg Model United Nations (OPMUN) Programme, I work with the current secretariats of OPMUN to aid and advise them on the running and execution of the conference. Additionally, I also oversee and convene the OPMUN Leadership Programme where we aim to develop and train leaders and youth advocates of racial and religious harmony.

OnePeople.sg Model UN was established in 2015, focusing on local issues and championing racial and religious harmony in Singapore. Unlike traditional Model UN conferences, OPMUN simulates local agencies and governmental bodies instead of UN bodies and international organs, allowing delegates to take a unique perspective on issues and enjoy a refreshingly different Model UN experience.As Secretary General of the 2019 edition, I will be leading a team of 11 Youths to bring OPMUN 2019 to success. Under my leadership, OPMUN 2019 will realign its focus to staff development, and working with OnePeople.sg, we are seeking to redevelop our chairs and staff to being Experts in their Fields and Advocates of Harmony.

OnePeople.sg Model United Nations is a conference that marries the format of conventional Model UN conferences and local governmental bodies and agencies. It allows youths from secondary schools to pre-tertiary education to engage in meaningful debate to discuss pertinent local issues with a focus on Singapore's racial and religious harmony.As Deputy Secretary General, I worked with the Secretary General to manage a team of 9 youths to bring OPMUN 2018 to success. I was involved in the management of over 30 committee chairs and directors, and collectively, OPMUN 2018 had a reach of 198 Delegates with a total youth participant rate of over 250.

As the Head Chair and Crisis Director for OnePeople.sg Model UN 2017, I was responsible for the planning and front-room execution of the crisis. In 2017, the Crisis topic was on Singapore's Independence in 1965, with an aim to allow delegates to experience the political realities and considerations of our founding fathers in those turbulent times.

Continuing my work with the Community Relations & Engagement Division, I conduct further research into local and international landscapes to better our programmes and outreach efforts on issues of social harmony.

As an intern in MCCY's Community Relations and Engagement Division, I conduct research on religious landscapes in Singapore and abroad under the Insights department. I also assist in various tasks and support initiatives under the Plans and Programmes Department.

As the Vice-President, I support the President and the Executive Committee in overseeing and carrying out of the Society's events. Throughout my tenure as Vice-President, the Executive Committee led the Society in transforming our events and practices throughout the fast-evolving COVID-19 situation which derailed many of our physical events such as dialogues, Political Science Orientation Camp, and Singapore Model United Nations.

I handle the society's day-to-day administrative matters, and act as the bridge between the society and governmental organizations and institutes, filing and updating our Annual Returns and Taxes with the appropriate bodies. As Honorary General Secretary, I also aid the President in his day-to-day work, and aid in general decision making for the Society
