Im a hard working and loyal individual with a good eye for attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. I have learned and grown as an athlete and a leader through my time at FSU. I have had the opportunity to experience three different leadership styles in my organization and have become adept at adapting to new personalities and modes of operation. I believe in the power of a team with like minds and i value team chemistry because I believe in the results it yields.Perhaps my biggest value is that of improvement. I believe that consistent improvement is a major key to success. I believe that this ideal is one that separates the good from the great. And i believe it is the what makes me an asset to any team or company.
