Reporting to the Head of Operations, Business Management while working cross-functionally across Dublin Airport Operations.Responsible for managing, delivering and presenting on various individual and group projects for the continuous improvement of Dublin Airport’s Operation.Project involvement, includes:Operational Audits and Checks - Working the with Assurance Manager, I designed a reporting process to track overall audit findings and results across Dublin Airport Operations.I increased Terminals, Landside and Airside Audit Reporting in the Monthly Performance and Assurance Report which in turn increased the overall number of audits complete along with the quality results improving; particularly terminal cleanlinessDublin Airport Taxi Operations -Working with the Performance Improvement Manager we helped improve the relationship between daa and Taxi Drivers (better communication) through the introduction of the Dublin Airport Taxi Operation Monthly Bulletin.I was also involved in the introduction of mandatory credit card services from Dublin Airport Taxi Drivers to meet the demands of the economy moving towards cashless transactions.Aerodrome Manual Document System -Working with the Airside Standards Manager I was part of a team that reviewed and updated Dublin Airports Aerodrome Manual Document System to ensure accuracy and consistency across all relevant airside documents to ensure ISO Certification is maintained.I helped create/design a new look and feel to airside documents and how these documents are managed, maintained and updated.I was responsible for the implementation and roll out of this new system which involved familiarization workshops, training and hosting masterclasses cross-functionally for the successful ‘Go-Live’ of this new way of working.
