Having worked for 3 contracts of 6 months each, I got to act as Buffet Steward, Junior Waiter and Assistant Food and Beverage Administrator.During the 3 first months of the first contract I acted as Buffet Attendant, in charge of keeping the Buffet Room clean and organized, assiting guests with their food and beverage needs.Next I had the change to work as Junior Waiter, from the second half of the first contract and the whole second one, supporting the first man Waiter in the high level service Dining Room, picking up ordered dishes from the galley, helping with the service itself and keeping the workplace and materials always clean and sanitized.The third contract I rulled the Assistant Food and Beverage Administrator, being in charge of organizing Restaurant Staff rotation and all paperwork involved in signing in and off of crewmembers. Also giving support to Maitres and Head Waiters in their needs to keep the five star service level Restaurant workflow.
