As an Engineering Consultant at Agap2, my main role is to work as a Project Engineer, ensuring that I thoroughly understand technical requirements, scope, and design documentation to carry out projects effectively. My ability to pay close attention to detail, manage time properly, and document effectively are essential tools for my professional development in this role.

As a founder, I designed and executed the project following a sustainable model, which achieved local and national exposure. The positive impact was achieved in small social enterprises that collaborate with the feeding of children and environmental enterprises that reforest affected local flora with the help of women in vulnerable situations.In addition, since its conception and development, I structured the business plan, the market study, the brand design, the naming, and the launching.In order to achieve this, I closed agreements with local suppliers, national manufacturers, and international peers in the field. Along with this, I implemented growth metrics and their respective improvements to optimize the business model.

Working on the brand positioning for a new product on the local market. Closing contracts with vendors, and manufacturers and achieving, among others, a contract for 56 turn-key solar installations for small consumers. I executed and directed more than 20 installations administrating resources and materials. I proudly helped to generate enthusiastic users of renewable energy.Among other functions, I also participated in:Dimensioning and designing solar heating systems for home appliances,Design and computations of refrigerating and structural installations, Marketing and selling of products and services.Construction management on-site.

I have carried out the calculation and design of mechanical components and providing revisions to the company's software for the given purpose. Conducted design investigations for developing new mechanical components. Coordinated the Lean policies implementation in my sector and worked along with directors and managers for continuous improvement support.
