I am an experienced Psychology student, with a strong background in data analysis and results planning. I have been with the company since November 2020. Prior to my current role as Quality Analyst, I worked as a Sr. Recruitment Analyst at Atento Brasil, where I excelled in talent assessment and acquisition. I also have experience in Banquets Management at the Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel. I studied Economics at USTJ - Universidade São Judas Tadeu and I am currently pursuing a degree in Psychology from UNIP - Universidade Paulista. I have a proven track record of building excellent relationships with clients and candidates, and I am skilled in Microsoft Office and communication with all parts involved in a project. In addition to my professional experience, I have a passion for psychology and I am dedicated to expanding my knowledge in the field. I have international experience, having spent 3 years in the United States for both academic and professional purposes.
