I am a psychologist with experience in some of the various human resource subsystems, such as recruitment and selection, training and development, positions and salaries, climate research, turnover indicators, quality of life at work and motivation. I participated in more than 4 NGOs, one of them in Egypt, where I did my exchange for 2 months and was able to practice English in foreign territory. I have an MBA in Strategic Management of human and organizational development and knowledge in SCRUM, agile rh, Power B.i and tech recruitment. My essentials behavioral ('soft1') skills are: agility for learning, organization, communication, knowledge of good leadership practices, self-knowledge, hands-on profile and initiative / decision-making / strategy. I have as main motivators: desire to become a reference professional in the HR area, autonomy, curiosity and purpose! A lover of human and biological sciences since high school, I am a professional who decided to combine his purpose with his academic affinities.
