I'm an IT manager of a software engineering team. I love computers since I can remember. At first, I was fascinated by robot stuff. I was trying to understand how they worked, so I learned my first programming language: Clipper.I kept working on my programming skills, but at some point, I stopped coding and shifted my career to the management path. Since then, I've been leading development teams with different skills and experiences.My journey has taught me that great people are the most valuable asset of a successful company and choices like programming language or tech stack has little to do with good products.
