More than 23 years of aeronautical experience (Product Development Engineer, Publication technician, electrical Designer and aircraft assembler Electrician) with strong knowledge in EWIS standards, electrical hardware components, wiring design, harness manufacturing and aircraft installation. Experience in development of electrical hardware (Cables, coaxial cables, backshells, relays, switches, mechanical and electrical protections, circuit breaks, supports, connectors, relays and panels). I have familiarity with Military Standards connectors, such as, MIL-DTL-38999, MIL-C-26482, MIL-C-5015, MIL-C-83723, MIL-DTL-24308, among other standards. Familiar with Embraer EWIS & Electrical Design Standards and Aerospace Standard AS50881. Experience in development of EWIS certification reports and inspections with knowledge in requirements 14 CFR part 25, subpart H, especially the sections §25.1701, §25.1703, §25.1705, §25.1707, §25.1711, §25.1719 and §25.1721. Experience in EWIS supporting for other areas (such as Design, manufacture, production installation and maintenance) providing solutions for non-conformities in the production line and on the fleet. Good relationship with the main suppliers of electrical hardware (such as wires, connectors, backshells, relays, switches, mechanical and electrical protections) in the global aeronautical and automotive sector. Experience with Catia V5 Experience in Wiring Design with familiarity with wiring diagram design tolls Experience in harness installation on aircrafts. Experience and Knowledge of Electrical system/EWIS & Electrical Design of several programs at Embraer Company, such as, A1M (AMX), EMB-312 (tucano), EMB-314 ( super tucano), EMB-145 (SIVAM), EMB120, EMB 145, Legacy 450, Legacy 500, Legacy 600, Legacy 650, Phenon 100, Phenon 300, Preator 500 and Preator 600.
