Reviewing tender invitations, getting specifications required, reading and interpreting blueprints, defining a product for client necessity and calculating takeoff to propose on bid of aluminum and glass railings. The majority of projects are located in Montreal, Quebec City and Ottawa.

Steered a 14-member team made up of architects, engineers, and consultants. Responsible for planning the estimating and purchasing process of around 20 project per year approximately.Developed system and guides to enable the team to estimate the construction costs before construction commencement to ensure the project starts as scheduled. Created the company’s Purchasing Plan to guarantee the negotiation of construction supplies and agreements on a timely manner, for the projects that were simultaneously built and ensure cost efficiency. Established a centralized invoice processing going from paper to digital, to ensure on time payments and gain financial discounts and create rentability. Member of the BIM committee to implement this methodology to better estimate and manage projects throughout the company.
