Apeiron Management is Apollo Global Management's Italian operating partner established in 2018 to pursue investment opportunities in Italy, ranging from distressed private equity to credit to special situations and insolvency compositions.I was responsible for: (i) managing Apollo’s assets acquired with Apeiron's support (including RE portfolios, equity stakes, single-name receivables and claims for an aggregate GBV of over €2bn) and defining the exit strategies to maximize investments’ returns; (ii) originating and underwriting new investment opportunities; (iii) preparing reports and presentations of new investment opportunities for the Investment Committee, preparing quarterly valuations liaising with Apollo’s external auditors and setting up new funds (also reviewing securitization documents)
