---------------------Summary:---------------------As a chief of a key function in the business development of Leonardo, I am daily asked to face new challenges respecting the company planning and commitments. Leveraging on my team skills I am the responsible for the certification and qualification of the military products line up of Leonardo (Helicopters Division). This activity covers:* Cross functional international team management.* Program management and engineering steering.* Technical documentation review and approval.* Process analysis, definition and improvement.* Planning and Scheduling.* Interfacing with international certification authorities.* Assure the adherence of the company procedures to the national and international certification rules.* Participation to the ASD and European Defence Agency military airworthiness forum.* Contribute to the development of the international military airworthiness norms and standard.
