In my current role, I am accountable for the Delivery of the Digital programs within PageGroup globally, focusing on three main areas: Websites, Revenue Attribution Analytics and CRM Marketing integration.I manage the Digital Hub which is the Information Technology organisation that works on the three programs in collaboration with Digital Teams, the CRM Marketing Teams and a number of vendors that supply the technical expertise and development capacity. My team formally sits within IT, but like all digitally-focused delivery teams we really work very close to Marketing and blend our skills and expertise with those of our stakeholders in order to bring out the best solutions to the Digital challenges we face.I am also accountable for the operation of the solutions we deliver. This means transitioning deliverables from projects to production operation and to support them. Nobody likes an outage and my team collaborates with many other geographically distributed teams, from within PageGroup and from Vendors to ensure hosting platforms are ready and operational to SLAs and that issues promptly addressed. As part of my accountabilities there is also the management of a large program budget with associated quarterly forecasts, Vendor management, the review and recommendation on commercial agreements, the liaison with other delivery programms within PageGroup to ensure alignment in terms of roadmaps and dependencies.

Further to being responsible for Technical Delivery within AsiaPac, I am also Head of the Digital Hub which is the Global Team accountable for the Delivery and the Architectural and Technical suitability of all Digital Solutions. Working closely with a Senior PM a Solutions architect, Business Analyst and Quality Assurance specialists, I am responsible to liaise with our Professional Services Vendors and with the Global Digital Marketing Team to ensure the Architectural strength of PageGroup Websites and their constant functional and technical evolution.The delivery focus of this role requires continuous collaboration with Architects and Technical Leads in the various geographies where PageGroup operates, to ensure technical readiness and architectural alignment of the local solutions. Over the last year the Digital Hub enabled the delivery of new websites in all regions, ensured Roadmap and to the Programme alignment with other key Projects within the Group.

The AsiaPac Technical Delivery Team is responsible for the whole lifecycle of all Business Applications in use within the Region, from inception, through to development, roll-out, support and maintenance. The Team of 10 includes a Solutions Architect, Developers, Quality Assurance Analysts, Database Specialists and Application Support Analysts.
