• Definition of the strategy and vision for TMOV products: Shippers, TMOV Marketplace (carriers), and TMOV Pay (payment).• Definition and monitoring of product growth metrics.• Communication and strategic alignment with C-Level and other stakeholders.• Facilitation of SCRUM & KANBAN team ceremonies (refinement, planning, daily, retro, and review with stakeholders).• Product discovery (quantitative/qualitative research, documentation, A/B testing, fakedoor) and prioritization of the backlog/roadmap.• Responsible for detailing user stories in JIRA and tracking them through to final delivery with validation using data/metrics.• On-site monitoring of customer implementations and prospecting with the sales team.• Definition, monitoring, and testing of integration projects with ERPs, TMSs, and BaaS.Key Deliverables:• Compliance with Bacen (Central Bank) and ANTT regulations.• Toll tags (via white-label platform).• In-house transaction network (transactions within the ecosystem, enabling triple-margin per transaction).• Digital unload receipts (alongside billing, reducing the cost of cash flow for carriers).
