My main mission was to build and mantain high-level teams, capable of delivering applications with quality, scalability, security and high value for the business. I worked together with the product leader of the tribes to define the roadmap for our products, aligning them with the strategic objectives based on OKRs and combining product evolution with technical improvements.Over my experience at Via, I led almost all the squads of Marketplace, bringing me a global knowledge about the business. In 2022, I led the Platforms team, which was responsible to provide components and solutions to the others squads. One of the best solutions we built was the Micro Front-Ends, which brought a better resilience and a faster deployment for the entire Marketplace. Also in 2022, I led the Financial team, responsible for the payment of more than 100.000 sellers. We could decrease our incidents backlog from 600 to less than 100, improving the seller satisfaction a lot.In 2023, I led two tribes, composed by around 40 engineers divided into four squads. Each team is led by an Engineering Team Leader, who reports to me. In order to develop my teams, we did Self Development Plan together, weekly 1:1s and continuous feedback.In addition, I worked as the focal point of the Black Friday processes for the entire Marketplace. Developed and coordinated the organization and service schedules for the Black Friday week. I led both isolated and integrated tests, ensuring the performance, scalability and integrity of our products during this crucial period.

I worked as an Engineering Team Leader of one of the Marketplace tribe, which was composed of 2 squads, leading about 20 people, including Devs, QAs and Tech Leaders.Together with the tribe's product leader, I planned the quarter's deliveries, basing the decision on the teams' capacity and on indicators/metrics. Throughout the quarter, I was responsible for keeping deliveries on schedule, ensuring they were made with quality and had a direct impact on products.With my subordinates, I supported the development of their careers, tracing the PAD/PDI, 1:1s and providing continuous feedback.I was the responsible of the Black Friday processes for the entire Marketplace. In this role, I did the organization and service schedules for the BF week. I led the integrated and isolated tests, to guarantee the performance, scale and integrity of our products.

Working as Head of Operations, I was the responsible for the Labs & Projects of GX2, reporting directly to the CEO, where we built software projects, developing Web and Mobile applications.I was the responsible of growth and agile transformation of the area, that in 2018 were composed by a small team of 10 people, using a single low-code technology and without a structured methodology. In 2021, the team growth to 35 people, divided in agile teams, using Scrum and Kanban as methodology. Also, we could bring a bigger and more modern tech stack, using .Net, Net Core, React JS, Node JS and Java Spring Boot.I’ve worked constantly with team leaders to ensure deliveries with quality and within the established deadlines. I really believe in the training and professional evolution of the people I work with, so I am very concerned about offering constant training and feedback to all teams.
