Responsibilities :- Keep a close eye on real-time reservations, ticketing, and booking systems to ensure that bookings are processed accurately and efficiently.- Monitor and manage queues in reservation and ticketing systems, assigning tasks to agents and ensuring that customer inquiries and requests are addressed promptly.- Track the agents to ensure that inquiries and issues are handled within predefined service level agreements (SLAs).- Assist with technical issues that may arise on the floor, including problems with reservation systems, ticketing platforms, or communication tools.- Generate reports on real-time activities and performance metrics, sharing insights and recommendations with management to improve operational efficiency.- Be prepared to handle emergency situations, such as system outages or disruptions, and coordinate with relevant teams, including customer service, reservations, and related team, to ensure smooth operations.- Detect and respond swiftly to any operational issues or deviations from predefined benchmarks.- Proactively address operational issues as they arise, making swift and informed decisions to minimize disruptions and prioritize the urgency first and Assist in scheduling agents to ensure adequate coverage during peak times and special events.- Track and analyze the upcoming bookings volumes and the OTC
