-Led over 20 Sailors from 3D Marine Logistic Group (MLG), 1st Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW), and Naval Hospital Okinawa coordinating the smooth transition of $700k worth of ancillary services equipment from the old Evans Branch Medical Clinic (BMC) facility to the clinics temporary barracks facility without interruption of quality medical and dental care for 3,000 patients.-Sole active duty audiogram technician for the squadron, expertly conducted over 100 hearing examinations. Led 20 safety and hearing conservation classes, resulting in 1st MAW achieving its Safety training goal of 90% training well in advance of Marine Administrative Message 010/12 direction and ahead of all other Military Sealift Commands in III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) Area of Operations.-A vital part of exercises Ulchi Freedom Guardian (UFG) 2010 through 2012, and Key Resolve 2011 and 2012, skillfully trained four senior Corpsmen on the coordination of medical resources and patient evacuations between U.S. and Korean medical commands ensuring 1st MAW simulated forces were properly triaged and evacuated in support of health service support goals. Due to his expertise with coordination of medical resources and patient evacuation, was handpicked to run the Patient Evacuation Team (PET) within the Direct Air Support Center (DASC). Outstanding professionalism and depth of knowledge in simulating the PET in the first co-location with the DASC ensured the exercise followed real world scenario response.-Consistently demonstrates leadership and initiative. Led the planning and coordination for the founding of the 1st MAW Junior Enlisted Association.
