- Responsible for reviewing and assessing loan applications up to $5,000- Training and managing co-workers. Responsible for reviewing and providing feedback on co-worker’s loan assessment- Working with and training a remote BPO team based in Philippines. I would be on call with the team throughout the week and would review and assess work completed- Created and updated daily performance reports (using Excel) for total loans completed and originated. These reports were completed on excel and were presented to higher-up managers.- SMS campaign implementation and tracking. (Excel/Salesforce)- Salesforce & Excel experience- Customer service experience (responding to phone calls & emails)
