This became my obsession, and I quickly realised that running and developing businesses would be my future.Starting solely as a music rehearsal studio, I have helped develop the company into the leading provider of studio space for music, film, photography, recording music, and podcasts in the southwest of England.Bands such as Idles, Massive Attack, Editors, This Is The Kit, and Eats Everything use our studios regularly. Alongside this, we are at the heart of the grassroots music scene in Bristol, which is thriving with local talent. We also host video production and photography clients such as the BBC and top clothing brands, who use Factory Studios as their preferred studio of choice.I have always shown a great interest in emerging local talent and have led artist development programmes through the studio. I have helped over 200 musicians develop their careers and have been part of their musical journeys. I recruited the bands and facilitated the programme, working with mentors, engineers, photographers, videographers, and the artists themselves. This is something I am very proud of, and I am currently looking to implement a new programme in 2025.My key roles have been business development, project management, and developing partnerships. I have led the ideas, implementation, and management of new services and facilities, as well as developing the company’s infrastructure.I’m excited to take Factory Studios to the next phase and am always open to new ideas and looking to connect with others.
