About Leon Chang
I'm Leon, a BIOS engineer. I had worked at Phoenix Technologies around 9 years. In the first 5 years, I started from an Associate Customer Engineer in the Customer Engineering team, handled a lot of projects from ODM and developed some features and tools. Before I switched to BIOS Core team, I have been promoted as a Senior Customer Engineer. In the BIOS Core team, I was a Software Designer, in the second year I got a promotion to be a Senior Software Designer. In this team, I was responsible for many features including Security, Flash Update, Variable, Bluetooth, Remote BIOS Management, GUI, etc. I have developed a lot tools to improve performance of debugging to colleagues and me.
