Commercial Manager with more than 13 years of experience in the Commercial area, in charge of Sales Planning, Execution of Sales Strategies, Sales Administration, Coordination of Key Accounts, Development of Commercial Projects, Budget Control of the Commercial area, Supervision and Development of the Commercial Team for leading companies in the Automotive and Tires Specialized Sector in México.I have stood out for my results: 1) I successfully negotiated a strategic order of tires for the giant mining segment, with a value of $1.5 M, in the Northern Region of the country. Ensuring significant incremental volume and a highly competitive price, collaborating closely with key Distributors and Customers of the TR1 segment, which allowed us to strengthen business relationships and expand our presence in Mexico; 2) Achieved a 42% increase in sales volume during the first two years at Marubeni, thanks to the implementation of advanced sales tracking capabilities. These improvements made it possible to provide accurate information on product distribution, optimizing decision making and strengthening our commercial strategy; 3) Led a pioneering analysis in the development of data on mineral production in relation to sales results.
