I am a modern, strategic business executive with over 20 plus years of international leadership experience throughout a diverse portfolio of global industries covering aviation, real estate, Hospital and Health Care, food, agriculture, financial and industrial products and services. My professional education includes a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration. I commenced my business career in the early 90s and is a long-term, business strategies specializing in financials, planning, organizational structure, systems implementations, procedure and process optimization and innovative management. I was responsible the implementation of factory systems, processes and procedures along with strategic business plans and organizational systems. I held the position of Internal Auditor and Organizer of systems and procedures for a large catering company supporting the oil industry. To follow, I held an executive position for an additional food and agriculture distributor in Venezuela overseeing 450 employees and bringing in $32 million annually in revenue.Shifting gears in the late 2000s, I started consulting a variety of different types of businesses with systems implement and internal organization support. Some highlighted include the medical industry where I created the internal audit department and optimized procedures for a private hospital in Venezuela. In 2013, I started to work with Hometown Property Management INC, a company related with the property expansion and development project at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport. I spearheaded the aggressive growth and success of W Aviation FBO in 2017. Within two years under my leadership, the operation went from pumping 8,000 gallons per month in fuel volume to date pumping more than 100,000 gallons monthly. I implemented the FBO organization structure, standards, procedures and systems and currently, W Aviation is second in highest fuel sales on the airfield.
