We are creating solutions for tech companies around Europe to help remote teams foster creativity and teamculture.Our lighthouse project 'the workation village' in northern Italy, is a community space in nature for remote teams and digital workers to reconnect. It it as a little campus for up to 200 people that combines coworking and temporary coliving. Teams from various companies come here for retreats, offsites, trainings, design sprints or to just work and play together before getting back into remote mode.
