After two years of being a member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee, I now have the honour to lead the team of 12 Supervisory Board members. Together with the Audit Committee, we supervise and coach the board to reach STAR's mid- to long-term strategic objectives.

STAR:With more than 6,500 members, Study Association STAR of the Rotterdam School of Management is Europe’s largest student-ruled organisation. Currently, we have 300 Active Members (±40 full-time members), spread over 59 different projects. The best known projects are the STAR Management Week, the Erasmus Recruitment Days & Platform, the Erasmus Consultancy Project, and the RSM STAR Case Competition.My responsibilities:✔ Manage the financial continuity of STAR (turnover € 1,400,000)✔ Financial administration (including accounts payables, accounts receivables, insurances, tax)✔ Budgetary supervision over all social, academic and recruitment‑oriented projects (N=60)✔ Develop and implement strategic plan for upcoming year(s) with the board✔ Module IT-strategy: Analyse and invest in IT solutions that increase efficiency within STAR and improve recruitment platforms➜ full time, 60 hours a week➜ www.rsmstar.nl

Developing web platforms for business development projects, which aid in the development of businesses either through educational programs that prepare for new forms of customer interaction. These projects are also deployed in developing markets, like Ghana.

In this role I gained early experience in a leadership role. I defined the identity of the investment team, to have a clear recruitment proposition.
