In my nine years with Rivers I have fulfilled the roles of casual store assistant, 2IC, Store Manager (both company owned and franchised stores), price auditor and Training Department administrator. I am proficient in all aspects of retail from basic customer service and sales through to store management (including budgeting, rostering, merchandising, stock control, stocktake and staffing from recruitment through to termination).

Nightly management of 150 seat restaurant and bar including supervision of up to 5 wait staff. Opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, ordering and receipt of stock.
