SAGA is a two-star Michelin fine dining restaurant perched on the 63rd floor of 70 Pine Street, a landmark Art Deco tower in New York’s Financial District.The food at SAGA is rooted in European technique but draws inspiration from around the world, primarily the contemporary flavors from our childhoods, traveling, and the diverse cuisine in New York City.

▪ Seastraws is a ventured back student startup founded at NYU to tackle sustainability issues in the hospitality sector▪ Formulating inventory sales to push social and environmental developments within the City of Miami▪ Coordinated the partnership with the New York Jets and MetLife Stadium to create greater sustainability awareness▪ Created and showcased pitch decks which helped SeaStraws win the NYU’s Accelerator 300k Challenge

▪ Assembled policy and sales research to support cross-functional sales representatives with new leads and client sales▪ Assisted sales department through organizing and centralizing all half and full season ticket-holder contracts▪ Supported pre-sale pipeline management, reporting, and opportunities with Microsoft Dynamics CRM▪ Collaborated with fellow interns and the sales team to develop and pitch proposals for the 2020-21 Brooklyn Nets Early Bird ticketing; designed pitches for Gen Z using social media and Gen X and older using luxury packages
