Managed a team of 20-25 volunteers, organizing them into 3 teams with volunteer leadership to accommodate the needs of our demographic. Also responsible for a tech contractor and a part-time Assistant. Accountable for the music, sound and technical functions of multiple congregational gatherings each week, for selecting, developing and leading the worship team in ministering to the church body and teaching as needed for both small groups and full services. Handled both contemporary and traditional music responsibilities. Taught multiple classes and curriculum including preaching weekend services. Responsible for all technical production and ensuring the quality of audio, video and lighting for all church events including preparation for multiple weekend services. Created, arranged and performed original worship music as appropriate in conjunction with worship teams. Consistently provided worship support vocally as well as through piano and/or guitar. Responsible for all purchase, repair and maintenance of systems, instruments and production support relevant to worship. Provided counseling for members as needed.

As Worship Pastor managed 10 contractors and 15 volunteers organized into 3 teams with contractor/volunteer leadership and indirectly oversaw another 6 full time staff members. As Associate Campus Pastor, provided leadership for a staff of 8. Planned and led five contemporary worship services for a growing congregation of 2000 each week including the organization of the band, worship leaders, setlists, service plans and production (audio, video, lighting). Provided leadership to all services vocally as well as playing piano and guitar. Personally oversaw the music for weekly Youth services as well as weddings, funerals and special events. Led and developed a dynamic social media team to connect with the church body as well as the local community. As Area Leader, met monthly with other Worship Pastors, conducted performance reviews, set growth metrics and conducted training to promote a unified vision (five campuses). Provided discipleship opportunities and activities to engage the worship and tech volunteers/contractors. Taught various classes on numerous subjects including Finance. Regularly participated in training and vision meetings and engaged in collaborative songwriting and worship ministry events with a worship staff of 45-50. Provided leadership and counseling to staff members and attendees.

Served as a key member of the Leadership Team in planning and executing two worship services each weekend of about 700 attendees each (a mix of contemporary and traditional). Managed 35-40 volunteers of all ages as well as one staff member. Led the music at each service vocally as well as instrumently. Led and discipled a small group and served as a Church Elder. Developed numerous sermon series, publications and video as part of responsibility. Created and performed original musical pieces for worship and edification. Participated in counseling training and provided counseling to members as requested.

Operated straight truck - trailer, flatbeds and haul trucks for transport of plumbing equipment and supplies within Montana and Wyoming. Planned travel routes in accordance with company policy and state laws and regulations. Consistently provided timely delivery and freight integrity. Responsible for loading and unloading and maintained excellent customer relationships with all accounts as well as other operators and company employees. No DUI’s, points or violations during my tenure. Warehouse experience, order fulfillment, forklift and pallet movement, load/unload truck, pack boxes, label, organize and inventory control. Daily client relations and communication.

Led worship for a congregation averaging 700 each week (piano, guitar, drums). Responsible for 20-25 volunteers, ages 15-50. Recruited volunteers, auditioned band members and chose set lists to coordinate with the Senior Pastor’s sermon. Accountable for Junior and Senior High worship as well as development and discipleship of worship volunteers (adults as well as students). Personally handled all editing, mixing and producing service recordings for the website. Updated, maintained and oversaw any repair of instruments and equipment. Oversaw all sound, video and lighting for services.
