My overall goal is to assist people to be better individuals both personally and professionally.I have worn many hats during my time volunteering, cooking, working in special education, and through my matriculation through school: educator, supervisor, communications expert, strategic planner, but all of my various roles have taught me valuable lessons in life and skills that will allow success in a successful career in human resources.-I understand the importance of working as a team. -Getting credit for completing a task is irrelevant.
