Working with Pepco/PHI (Exelon) for nearly 30 years, American University, GSA, and Homeland Security & FEMA, my strengths and assets include the ability to coordinate internal-budgeted and/or capital projects, to assist various management teams coordinate and orchestrate effective guidelines and directions for an organization’s work teams to perform their assignments as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. My positions also assisted with system set-up and training for the Individual Giving Staff. I organized and prepared incoming mail for data entry into the donor database. I also worked with and trained other staff members collecting required for accurate financial data entry and the processing of gift receipts and acknowledgement letters.I provide support responsible for training management and workforces with the Fed. completing the initial disaster assistance registration procedure, processing a variety of claims and requests for disaster assistance applying by telephone over large networks in U.S. Presidentially declared disaster areas.I have performed high level, engineering analysis and design of new and modified power transmission components in accordance with the industry's engineering standards and the clients' project scopes.
