I got an opportunity to work at the Arrow at Southeast Missouri State University which helped me enhance my skills in communication starting with intermediate level reporting of events happening around school. I decided to incorporate my reporting skills with my passion of sports to write sports columns and create content revolving around sporting events happening on campus which led to me being able to work as an analyst and host for the Hawksnest for two years; Southeast's version of a sports show giving updates weekly on what's going on in SEMO sports and staying interactive with students! From there I've encountered countless experiences involving diverse and interactive settings including working alongside the Athletics and Equity departments at Southeast. I thrive in team settings, and I have a true passion for assisting others when needed the most, I aspire to help future students navigate their way through their careers as well.
