My role at Phones4U business was to sell mobile phone business contracts to the SME market. We would deal with companies that range from Painters and Decorators with only 2-3 employees to large freight companies that would have over 300 mobiles within there business. The role involved: revenue growth, booking my own customer meetings, service management, profit and loss management. Due to my success in over achieving targets, I was promoted to Trainee Sales Manager where I was involved in coaching and team meeting etc. I held the record in the business for selling over £13k worth of business in one month which included over 200 handsets. My role was 30% desk 70% face to face selling.

I was responsible for demonstrating and selling the benefits of Garage Doors that we manufactured. I would be on site doing demonstrations and also use our in-house showroom dealing with the likes of Bovis homes and Taylor Woodrow. I would also be involved in the logistics, ensuring that the doors where delivered on time to site.
