I was responsible for coordinating and documenting the general assemblies, where important issues for the student community are debated.

As a member of this department, I had the chance to step out of my comfort zone and try out an area that was new to me. My main tasks were to create designs to promote AEFEUP events and to photograph them.

I was part of a team that prepared and provided logistical and operational support for leisure events.

During my internship I worked on a project focused on integrating a new feature into the FARFETCH platform, the “Exchanges” feature. The main goal was to develop a framework to identify and prioritize luxury brands and retailers suitable for adopting this feature. To reach conclusions, it was necessary to analyze customer data and evaluate relevant factors, including sales patterns and competitor analyses. The framework developed not only optimized the implementation of the “Exchanges” feature, but also provided a model for the strategic analysis of future features at FARFETCH.

In my last year at AGE-i-FEUP, I was part of the presidency as secretary. It was a position of great responsibility, and my main tasks included:- Making strategic decisions for the association - Managing the association's calendar, communication channels and resources- Providing logistical support for various events - Providing close support to the Mobility and Student Support Department During this mandate, we organized the Council Meeting Porto 2023, ESTIEM's biggest event, welcoming 350 students from all over Europe for a week.

As a vice-leader of the department, my responsibilities included: - Managing a team of 11 people - Strategic planning and decision-making- Managing various projects in order to guarantee the quality and professionalism that characterize AGE-i-FEUP so well- Managing various teams to ensure the well-being of the department and the motivation of everyone

The Department of Mobility and Student Support is responsible for providing support tools for students and contributing to the improvement of teaching in Industrial Engineering and Management. During my first year in this department I participated in several projects, both as a team member and as a team leader, which allowed me to improve my soft skills.

The Plug-In Mentoring for Girls project aims to encourage young women to pursue a career in technology and engineering. Throughout the year, I attended several meetings where I received advice from professionals and mentors in order to find out more about the job market.
