- Project management of the development and improvements of the internal systems, coordinating the relationship with the IT Team;- Prepare reports and analysis concerning G&A costs, budget, cost control, services and suppliers;- Review and development of the internal policies and procedures of the area (Authorithy approval, Mobile phones use, Travel, Business expenses, Vendor Managent and Procurement);- Supporting the accounts payable process (accounting, payment and control of all invoices related to services provided by the suppliers);- Participating in the monthly process of closing accounts regarding G&A costs;- Supporting the processing of travel and business expenses of the bank;- Interaction and support to the HR team in Lisbon and London, convering payroll, benefits and tax;- Managing the mortgage portfolio of the bank, including monthly instalments validation, reports to borrowers and Bank of Portugal, interest rates reviews, renegotiations , preparation of amendments and agreements;- Events Planning;- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools, Cognos, Datazen, Outsystems, Kondor K+tp, PowerBI, Primavera
