The project was a global project based in the US, the EMEA side was to build a consolidated collateral position database and feeds to send to the US. The project was delivered in time and on budget.• Edge – TriParty Repos automation, this is a $1.7M project which includes the trade and cash automation of the triparty repos. The benefits of this project were estimated to a potential increase of 300% of the business. The trade automation ($0.9M, team of 9 full time resources and offshore vendor) proved to be extremely challenging due the very short lapse of time to deliver the solution. The implementation was successfully delivered on time, and no issues (high or medium) were reported in production.
