China National Center for Animation Research and Development (CNCARD) is established in 2013. It is a National R&D center for China Animation Industry. It is coorperated with China Animation Group, Disney China, Tencent Animation and United Animation of CITV. It's mission is to promote the Chinese Animation Industry standard to a highest level in both content creation and production technologies. It will emphasis on IP development and protection. It will seek all the best opportunities of working with international colleagues on high level projects. The CEO is responsible to complete the mission of the Center and in charge of daily operations.
