- Responsible for managing and coordinating testing team resources (including overseas partner teams), including recruitment, training, and evaluation of emploee performance.- Responsible for formulating and implementing the overall testing strategy, method, and plan for the product.- Communicate effectively with the development team and other relevant departments to ensure the smooth progress of testing work.- Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the testing environment.- Responsible for monitoring the progress during the testing process, implementing risk prediction and control, and analyzing and evaluating the test results.- Responsible for monitoring and controlling the quality and progress of testing work.- Responsible for researching and introducing testing tools and methods, optimizing the testing process to improve the team's testing efficiency.- Responsible for handling problems and exceptions that occur during the testing process, ensuring the normal progress of testing work.
