Solutions Engineer
Current- Lead the final pre-sale aspects of the sales cycle, including requirements analysis, high-level solution design and the transition to the appropriate implementation and delivery services teams.- Provide technical expertise for prospects to identify and translate their business requirements.- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Professional Services Agreement documents.- Successfully manage a variety of customers at various stages of the process. Work with engineering to shape, design, and plan the implementation. - Monitor the Set Up progress, taking care of the communication between the customer and the production teams.- Manage custom requests and general monitoring of service status.- Help the customer IT departments to publish the solution live.- Second level support to the customers to answer questions, new requests and incident management.- Guarantee the SLA in their tasks.
