I am a multi-disciplinary researcher and creative developer with 20 years of experience in visual arts, design, creative coding, photography, teaching and philosophy. I create visual experiences and professional projects with code, from websites to interactive art. I use art and mathematics to explore the relationship between humans, machines, and technology. 💻 In 2010, I founded 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗸𝗶 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝘀 to investigate and develop new forms of visual experiences using a variety of knowledge, disciplines, new media, and technologies. At Araki Labs, I created two cultural events in 2016: an exhibition of contemporary art featuring seven young artists from different disciplines, and a fair for arts, design, and poetry. 🏯 I also founded the 𝗗𝗼𝗷𝗼 𝗟𝗮𝗯 to build a community through talks, workshops, and courses focused on science, art, programming, and digital culture. 📕 In 2015, I founded 𝗥𝗮𝘇ó𝗻 𝗣𝗼é𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀, an editorial book company dedicated to promoting arts, science, poetry, and technology. 🧑🏾🏫 Additionally, I taught Mixed Media Arts, philosophy, and Literary Appreciation at 𝗨𝗡𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗘, a university specializing in fine arts, and I have given talks at Telefónica in Caracas on programming, generative art, creative coding, digital arts, and new technologies.I recently created D82 LAB, a design laboratory within Araki Labs, to research and execute commercial projects focused directly on generative design, graphic design, branding, and digital design, using poetic programming and graphic techniques to develop unique and customized software tools.I am passionate about turning ideas into meaningful experiences.
