At the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ) Camp George I worked as the Head of Athletics. I was in charge of several areas including the sports field, basketball, tennis, bikes and volleyball. I was in charge of budgeting and purchasing supplies and equipment for each area. I was in charge of several sports staff, and was responsible for making sure 5 activity periods a day ran smoothly and efficiently. Furthermore, I was responsible for planning 'Intercamp' a full day sports tournament between two camps; over 150 kids playing several sports. I created an equitable environment for children ages 7-15 (including kids with special needs). I made sure that all of my staff were confident and able to teach a variety of skills to children of all skill levels.
