CurrentCODA is one of the oldest addiction treatment programs in Oregon. Through patient-centered care, community partnerships, and advocacy for effective public policy, CODA is dedicated to treating people whose health and quality of life are compromised by alcohol and drugs.• Report directly to Executive Director• Facilitate bi-weekly, 14-member Director-level Clinical Operations Team meetings; manage agendas, drive discussion to maintain focus on objectives, document key outcomes, and track progress of action items between meetings • Lead internal process improvement initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance, including successfully implementing novel clinical assessment software in intensive residential, outpatient, and opioid treatment programs across seven distinct facilities• Authored successful $200,000 grant proposal to fund an innovative program expanding methadone access in the Clackamas County Jail• Support project management and programmatic design of new $50mm+ addiction treatment facility in Beaverton, OR, integrating sobering, withdrawal management, and residential programs
