I am a determined, dedicated professional focused on results, who has lived in 5 Brazilian states, acting regionally and nationally at different roles in my career, with experience in the food and chemical technical areas - especially Technical Governance, Quality, Food Safety, Environment and Occupacional Health and Safety, both in industrial activities and strategic planning responsiblities, having as main drivers of my performance to develop and learn from people, seek productivity, agility and simplicity in execution.I obtained important results at Coca-Cola Brazil as Senior Manager of Technical Governance and Quality in saving (US$ 6.5MM) for QSE productivity, Corporate Governance documentation and complexity reduction (32% less of technical documents), consumer complaints reduction (25% less in 5 years, especially in returnable plastic packaging (50% less in the same period). Implemented Risk Management Framework in Brazil and I was the 1st global pilot at TCCC, acted strongly in the covid crisis with governance for more than 55k employees. Led market quality and statistical performance programs (SPC). I was the 1st Technical Manager acting in Qquality/Safety/Environment in Brazil. At SC Johnson as Safety and Environment Manager, with more than 700 days with no LTA cases in its chemical plant in Manaus, besides implementing lean manufacturing and integrated model in S/H/E department. At Simoes Group as Coordinator of Quality, Food Safety and Environment, I led the implementation of the integrated management model and ISO certifications, startup of two WWTP in two different plants and development of people for technical leadership positions. At Andina as a Chemical Technician and Quality Analyst, my principal technical background was in operation and process analytical monitoring.I also led at TCCC national workshops (presential and remote) and was the leader of the global workstream to benchmark the New Global Technical Governance, with participants from 6 different countries.I actively participated in global events at TCCC in management and governance by TCCC in Madrid-ESP and Atlanta-USA, dairy in Guayaquil-ECU and by SCJ of the SHEQ global forum in Amsterdam-NED. My last position joining TCCC was a STA as Technical Operations Manager for Argentina and Uruguay.Currently I am a Senior Consultant at PLEG Consultores Associados in different fronts and projects such as M&A, organization of Technical Corporate Governance, Strategic Planning, ESG Journey implementation, raising the level of Quality and Productivity among others.
